Kevin Bury is senior vice president of customer experience at SolarWinds. Bury has built and led customer-focused teams and companies for more than 30 years. He is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for SolarWinds customers, through the growth and support of teams that work to build strong customer relationships over time. Currently, his teams spearhead several customer success initiatives designed to pave the way to further improve experiences for SolarWinds customers and partners, from trial, to purchase, through deployment, and into production. 

In the last two years, the SolarWinds ® Support and Customer Success teams have received numerous awards and accolades for their accomplishments and contributions to SolarWinds overall success, including:

Ludovic Neveu is group vice president of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Sales at SolarWinds. Neveu brings over 22 years of experience in IT sales, business development, and operations in Europe, and has worked extensively with partners, system integrators and value-added resellers. Neveu leads the overall EMEA sales strategy and manages both direct and indirect sales teams. Before joining the company, Neveu was vice president EMEA of Embarcadero Technologies (acquired by Idera) and held senior sales and executive marketing positions at CodeGear, Borland Software Corporation, and Symantec.
He mentors and invests in startups, and is a graduate of the Paris School of Business.

Sacha joined SolarWinds in 2018, where he leads product marketing for the SolarWinds® IT Operations Management product portfolio. He brings multiple years of experience from product management, product marketing, and business management roles at Microsoft, NetIQ, Gemalto, and Schlumberger. Originally from the U.K., Sacha lives in Austin, TX.

Edwin Barbieri is a SolarWinds ® Certified Professional ® instructor, with two decades of experience in the information technology industry. He has been teaching technical courses for the last fifteen years. Ed has experience in traditional classroom training, virtual classroom training, and content development.

He specializes in creating an inviting environment that allows learners to bring real-world examples into the conversation. Ed's style is encouraging, positive, and makes difficult concepts easy to understand. Ed has a passion for teaching and enjoys the moment when his students grasp the concepts.

Technical Trainer

Jason Dee is a Technical Trainer at SolarWinds with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry.Joining SolarWinds in late 2013, most of his tenure has been focused on supporting SolarWinds security products like Security Event Manager (formerly Log & Event Manager) and Patch Manager.

He has assisted with extraneous projects— such as our previous knowledgebase migration— which required regular coordination with various internal departments like Product Development, Sales, Engineering, and Information Development. His focus at SolarWinds is now in a training capacity but still with an emphasis on security by providing regular training to customers, employees, and SolarWinds partners on products like Security Event Manager, Access Rights Manager, and Virtualization Manager.
