He is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for SolarWinds customers, through the growth and support of teams that work to build strong customer relationships over time. Currently, his teams spearhead several customer success initiatives designed to pave the way to further improve experiences for SolarWinds customers and partners, from trial, to purchase, through deployment, and into production.
